The conference will be held at Teviot Row House on 21st April, with speakers due to be announced later this month. The conference will be followed by an evening of showcases across several venues.

The 22nd April is a relaxed networking day, with activities for all attendees.

Applications are now open to acts based in Scotland to play at the Wide Days showcases on the 21st April. This year, successful applicants will also benefit from additional support before and after the event through Wide Days’ partnership with PRS Foundation, who will be acting as mentors for the artists.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 10 February. More information and the showcase application form can be found here.

In your application you will be asked to provide a short artist’s biography. If you don’t already have one prepared, you can read some great tips over on our ‘How To Write An Artist Biography’ blog, here.
