  4. How Do I Add a Digital Booklet to a Release After It Has Gone Live?

You can now add a digital booklet to an existing release – it no longer has to be included at the time of your initial delivery.

To add a booklet to a release that is already live on iTunes, please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you are on an eligible subscription plan.

Adding a booklet to an existing release is available to users on our Plus, Pro, and Premium plans.

Not on a plan? You can subscribe via the ‘Subscription’ section of your account dashboard when signed in. Sign in here.

Bear in mind:
If you include your digital booklet at the point of your release’s initial delivery, this service is provided free of charge for Plus, Pro, and Premium users.

A one-time £15 set-up fee applies for adding a booklet after the initial delivery of the release.

2. Contact the correct team to request the update.

Pro & Premium: Contact your Account Manager directly via email or Live Chat from within your dashboard.
Plus: Contact our Artist Relations team on [email protected].

3. Make your payment through the dashboard.

Once we’ve confirmed the request, the £15 booklet delivery fee will be added to your dashboard for payment. You’ll be able to complete the transaction securely online.

4. Send us your digital booklet.

After payment is received, please email your booklet as a PDF file following the specifications listed here:

Once we receive your PDF booklet, we’ll process the update and deliver it to iTunes for inclusion on your release.
