Here’s what happens if we find an issue:
If we find an issue: Our team will contact you and advise you on exactly what needs to be fixed. You’ll be able to make the necessary changes and resubmit them through the dashboard.
If you disagree: If the issue is subjective (like an intentional “low quality” look) and you choose to submit the artwork without changes, we will process it, but please be aware:
The platform may reject it anyway.
If they reject it, you will not be eligible for a refund and may face extra charges to resubmit it later.
In rare cases where the platform rejects artwork after we have approved it, the issue will be reviewed by the Artist Relations Team on a case-by-case basis. Any refund would be at their discretion.
