Basic or Plus Accounts
To update any aspects of your release after distribution, you simply need to add and pay for a new version of it via your EmuBands account, with any changes made. Once our team have distributed your new release version, get in touch with us to request a takedown of the previous one. You’ll find instructions for how to request a takedown in the Support page of your EmuBands account.
Alternatively, you can upgrade to EmuBands Pro within the Subscription section of your account, and request an update for any of the following issues below.
Pro Accounts
If you need to update any of the following, get in touch with your Account Manager and we should be able to update the releases for free, with no need for you to add a new version:
– Track Title
– Version Information (e.g. ‘Acoustic Version’)
– Release Title
– Label Name
– Release Date
– Pre-Order Date
– Composer, Producer, Arranger and Lyricist
If you need to update any of the following, then you will need to add and pay for a new version of it via your EmuBands account, with any changes made. Once our team have distributed your new release version, get in touch with us to request a takedown of the previous one:
– ISRCs
– UPCs
– Running Order / Track-listing
– Audio
– Artwork
– Artist Names / Credits
