Can I Remove My Release?

Yes. You can request a takedown of your release from one or more Stores/DSPs, or remove it from all Stores/DSPs where it’s currently available.

Removing your release from a specific Store/DSP

If you only want to remove your release from a particular Store/DSP, you can do this directly from ‘Releases‘ in your dashboard. Open the active release you want to update, scroll down to DSPs Selected and select Edit DSPs.

Find the Store/DSP you want your release removed from and select Take Down. Once you’ve made your selections, select Submit to confirm your request.

Your takedown request will be processed by our team and sent to the Store/DSP. While it’s processing, you’ll see Takedown being processed beside the relevant Store/DSP. You can also select multiple Stores/DSPs if you want to request several takedowns at the same time.

Removing your release from all Stores/DSPs

If you want to remove your release from every Store/DSP, you can use Select All under Edit DSPs to request takedowns across all applicable platforms.
There are no charges for takedowns.

If you’re on either our Pro or Premium plan, you can also contact your EmuBands Account Manager for support with your takedown request.

Please note: it isn’t possible to remove individual tracks from a release without removing the entire release. If you want to change the track listing of a release that’s already live, you’ll need to takedown the current version and add a new version to your EmuBands account with the updated track listing.
