Opting in to Facebook / Instagram means we will deliver your release(s) to both the Facebook Audio Library, and their content fingerprinting service.
Your recordings will be available in the Audio Library (for use in user videos and post features) and will be identifiable in videos uploaded by users and when used within live streams by users. Audio library is a library of recordings from which users may preview (up to 30 seconds at a time) and incorporate one or more clips of up to 90-seconds from such sound recordings into videos, post or slideshows.
The Facebook properties covered by this deal are Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Oculus, Portal and any other wholly-owned and integrated apps such as Lasso, IGTV, SparkAR and MicDrop. WhatsApp is specifically excluded from this deal.
