What is the “Your Updates” feed?
“Your Updates” is a personalised notification hub inside the Spotify mobile app.
It groups together recent activity tied to your account, making it easier to keep up with audience engagement, release moments and fan interactions. You can view the feed by tapping your profile picture, then selecting “Your Updates”.
What activity appears in the feed?
You’ll see a curated mix of activity that matter to artists (and their teams), and fans alike:
- New followers: this will show when a fan starts following your page.
- Podcast comment replies: notifications when listeners respond to comments you’ve made on podcasts.
- Artist updates: ticket availability for artists you follow.
- Playlist activity: this will show new collaborators on shared playlists, and alerts when someone follows your playlist.
- New releases: updates when artists you follow publish new music.
- Blends and Jams: activity tied to Spotify’s collaborative listening formats.
How do I access my “Your Updates” feed?
- Open Spotify on your mobile or tablet.
- Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen.
- Tap “Your Updates” to open your notification feed.
- A blue badge on your profile photo signals new activity.
