  4. I’m Not Happy With My Mastered File, Can I Get a Refund?

Our Instant Mastering service is non-refundable.

Be sure that there are no issues with your source file before uploading it, and thoroughly listen through to the previews and mastering profiles before you decide on the final settings to use before you pay.

Important: Once you’ve made payment for your mastered file, you’ll be able to download your track(s) in WAV format (and MP3, if you’ve selected this option) directly from your EmuBands Dashboard. You’ll be able to download your mastered tracks a maximum of 3 times each, and you must download your tracks within 30 days of making payment for them, otherwise they’ll be deleted forever. If, in the unlikely event you have an issue downloading your mastered tracks, get in touch with us ASAP.
